The rules of the road

Ride Guide is a free tool for planning theme park trips: shared itineraries, live queue times, height restrictions, and maps. You can browse resorts and try a demo Party without an account; creating your own Party requires signing up. Some features, such as showing your position on an itinerary map, ask your browser for optional device permissions (like location) - declining them just turns off that feature, everything else keeps working.

You're responsible for keeping your account secure, including any third-party sign-in method (such as Google) you use to access it. Let us know if you believe your account has been compromised. You must be old enough, under the law of your country, to consent to these terms.

You and your Party's members own the itinerary, membership, and interest data you create. Admins in a Party can edit that Party's shared data, including removing other members - only invite people you trust with that. We don't claim ownership of your content, and don't use it for anything beyond running the features you're using.

Don't use Ride Guide to harass other members, share a Party's invite link with people you don't want to have access, or attempt to disrupt the service (including the ThemeParks Wiki API access it depends on). We may suspend or remove access for accounts that do.

Queue times, showtimes, operating status, and park hours come from the ThemeParks Wiki API, sourced from the parks themselves. Ride Guide isn't affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by any resort, park, or attraction it displays information about, and can't guarantee that data is accurate or current - always check with the park directly before relying on it.

Ride Guide is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. We do our best to keep it working and your Party data syncing correctly, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and aren't liable for losses arising from using (or being unable to use) the app.

We may change or discontinue features, or update these terms, as Ride Guide develops. Continuing to use the app after an update means you accept the revised terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
